Mr. Diugu brings deep technical knowledge and commercial acuity across petroleum operations, banking relationships, and energy marketing—with a consistent record of delivering results across complex, multi-function energy environments.

A globally recognized energy executive with over 30 years of experience spanning upstream oil and gas operations, investment banking (World Bank, Washington, DC), LNG, large-scale project development, and corporate strategy.

Mr. Ogbu is known for operational rigor, large-scale M&A execution, and pragmatic leadership in the global energy transition. He brings a transformational, disciplined approach to capital allocation and complex project delivery.

Mr. Blankson is a senior energy trading and operations executive with over 15 years of cross-sector experience in oil and gas, commodities, mining, agriculture, agrochemicals, and construction.

At CrudEnergy LLC, he leads one of West Africa’s most sophisticated integrated supply, trading, and shipping operations—overseeing physical and financial trading across crude oil, refined products, LNG, and derivatives.

Mr. Takyi-Mensah is a chartered surveyor, real estate expert, and business executive with over two decades of experience across multi-sectoral valuation, infrastructure, and international trade.

A fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) and MBA holder, he adds strategic breadth and deep Ghanaian market knowledge to CrudEnergy Ghana’s board, including government-level project delivery experience in construction, health infrastructure, and commodity trade.

Dr. Sackey brings over three decades of expertise in financial management, audit, and corporate governance, including 27 years at Deloitte & Touche, where he served as managing partner and CEO of the Ghana practice.

He is a member of ICAG, a Fellow of ACCA (UK), and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana. His appointment strengthens CrudEnergy Ghana’s governance framework and its engagement with Ghanaian financial institutions, regulators, and key stakeholders.

Priscilla Adwoa Anning Botwe is a results-driven professional with over six years of experience spanning marketing, business development, corporate operations, transport logistics, and executive support within the oil & gas, power, and utilities sectors.

She previously served as a business developer at Bureau Veritas, where she spent four years driving business growth, managing client portfolios, and cultivating strategic relationships across the upstream and midstream oil & gas industries. In this role, she contributed to business expansion initiatives, supported complex commercial engagements, and strengthened industry partnerships.

Currently, Priscilla serves as transport manager at SEB Energy, a subsidiary of BS Holdings, where she oversees fleet management, logistics coordination, and transport maintenance operations to ensure efficiency and operational reliability.

In addition, she serves as executive assistant to the Group CEO of BS Holdings, providing high-level strategic and administrative support. Her responsibilities include executive scheduling, meeting coordination, stakeholder engagement, appointment management, and travel planning.
